We’re happy to travel up to 50 miles to set up for your event! All travel, setup, and breakdown fees are already included in our pricing—so there are no surprise charges. For your peace of mind, we are fully insured.

All décor items are subject to a non-refundable convenience fee of $155.00.

Booking & Consultation Policy

At Blooms et Backdrops, we intentionally curate each event to ensure a personalized and elevated design experience.

• We secure decor services within 4 months of your event date.
• A non-refundable $50 design consultation fee will be added to the quote to cover detailed design discussions.

This policy allows us to dedicate focused time, creative energy, and detailed planning to couples who are ready to move forward.

If your event falls within our booking window, we would love to connect and begin designing something beautiful for you.

Booking & Payments

To reserve your event date, we require:

• A completed event compatibility form

• A refundable incidental /damage fee of $155.00 up to $500.00 will be required. This is based on the value and quantity of luxury designed items included in the event design. This fee is included in the original quote.

• A signed contract

• A 25% retainer for non-custom decor at the time of booking
   
• A 30% retainer for custom decor at the time of booking

• A 35% retainer for non-custom decor combined with custom decor

The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to your event.

For bookings totaling $2,500.00 or more, we offer a convenient split-payment option.

Please note:

• A $2,500.00 minimum applies to all full-service decors. We also offer a' la carte services at a minimum of $900.00.
   
• All events require setup and breakdown by our team to ensure everything is perfectly styled and handled with care.
   

We currently service events with guest counts of up to 200 people for all rental items.

NOTE: Events booked within 45 days of the event date require payment in full to secure the date

Any changes to event details must be made at least 60 days before your event date, so we encourage finalizing plans early to ensure the best experience.
