We’re happy to travel up to 50 miles to set up for your event! All travel, setup, and breakdown fees are already included in our pricing—so there are no surprise charges. For your peace of mind, we are fully insured.
All décor items are subject to a non-refundable convenience fee of $155.00.
Booking & Consultation Policy
At Blooms et Backdrops, we intentionally curate each event to ensure a personalized and elevated design experience.
• We secure wedding decor services within 6 months of your event date.
• A non-refundable $50 design consultation fee is required prior to discussing detailed design.
This policy allows us to dedicate focused time, creative energy, and detailed planning to couples who are ready to move forward.
If your wedding falls within our booking window, we would love to connect and begin designing something beautiful for you.
Booking & Payments
To reserve your event date, we require:
The remaining balance is due one week prior to your event.
For bookings totaling $3,000.00 or more, we offer a convenient split-payment option.
Please note:
We currently service events with guest counts of up to 200 people for all rental items.
NOTE: Events booked within 90 days of the event date require payment in full to secure the date
Any changes to event details must be made at least 60 days before your event date, so we encourage finalizing plans early to ensure the best experience.
